All salary calculations happen in your browser. We don't store your numbers on any server. We don't use tracking cookies or analytics. The only data saved is in your own browser's localStorage — and you can delete it anytime.

Core Principle — Local First

Your salary and financial data never leaves your device. All calculations run entirely in your browser using JavaScript. We do not send your CTC, deductions, or any salary inputs to any server. There is no backend database storing your numbers.

What We Store — and Where

  • Browser localStorage — Your calculation results and input preferences are saved locally so you can return to your results. This data exists only on your device and is cleared when you clear your browser data.
  • No cookies — We do not set any tracking or analytics cookies.
  • No analytics — We do not use Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or any equivalent third-party analytics service.
  • Visitor counter — We count page visits via Supabase to display total visitor count. Only an increment is stored — no personal data is linked to the count.

Third-Party Services

This site loads external resources that may log your IP address per their own privacy policies:

  • Google Fonts — For typography (Plus Jakarta Sans, Geist). Google may log font requests.
  • Tailwind CSS CDN — For styling. CDN providers typically log requests.
  • Material Symbols (Google) — For icons.
  • Database provider — For the visitor counter and feedback storage. No IP address or browser fingerprint is stored.

Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023

As an India-focused service, we acknowledge the DPDP Act 2023. Since we do not collect personal data on our servers, the Act's data principal rights — access, correction, erasure, and grievance redressal — apply primarily to data you control locally in your browser. You can exercise your right to erasure by clearing your browser's localStorage at any time.
